We work with architects to consider the viability of all types of projects and can work a detailed breakdown of costs and explore the timeline and processes required. We work closely with qualified and trusted trades and services and ensure that all work completed on our clients’ properties is to the highest standard.
We recognise that there is considerable disturbance to a client during the build process and our aim is to deliver on our projects in a timely fashion, that is cost-effective but of quality.
As the lead contractor, we will manage the whole build process from the beginning to completion and will work closely with building inspectors and the local authorities to ensure that warranties and sign off are all in place at the point of handover.

Do I need planning permission?
This will depend on the type of work that you are considering. If you are making small adjustments to your property this may not be required. If you are extending your home or thinking of developing your land then planning consent from the Local Authority is most likely required. We are happy to advise you on planning and building regulation requirements or refer you to the appropriate person.
Would you charge us to come and look at work?
No. We are very happy to meet new and existing clients to discuss your own requirements for small or larger projects.
Are you insured?
Yes. We will only undertake projects and work that we are completely insured to do and copies of such policies are available upon request. In addition to this, we take great pride in our work and if something is found not to be correct, we will endeavour to bring this to a prompt and positive resolution.
Will you buy land without planning permission?
Yes. We will purchase land on a subject to planning basis and work between parties solicitors to agree the appropriate legal framework that is mutually beneficial.
Do you have references?
Yes. We work very closely with our clients who are usually very happy to recommend us and to give you feedback about the service they have received from our teams. We also try to share with this website some of these testimonials and work that we have completed. Specific references are available upon request and subject to us complying with all the necessary GDPR requirement.
Do you also complete small building works as well as large jobs and planning applications?
Yes. We are in some senses slightly unusual because we have a team with differing and complementary skill sets. We have a department who complete repairs, maintenance and building work as well as the ability to purchase land.
