Our Brief
Changes to insurance requirements and building regulations mean that many thatched
properties must now reconsider their chimney provision, to achieve the minimum
required height above ridge level. Our clients instructed us to raise the chimney and fit
new pots and flaunching. Additional repair work was also carried out.
