Our Brief

Our client had originally instructed another building firm for a front extension, but
became dissatisfied with the work and the communication. We completed that front
extension to a high standard, and were then asked to take on the rear as well.
Despite narrow access, we installed new drains and soakaways, removed the central
chimney stack and introduced new steelwork to create a large open-plan living kitchen.
Our clients, both project managers themselves, were exacting, and the team delivered
accordingly.
