Our Brief
Our client asked us to demolish a dilapidated prefabricated garage on a smart city road
and replace it with a new double garage. The property sits on a small private road, so the
work needed careful planning to minimise noise and dust and to manage deliveries
considerately for the neighbours. The feedback from both our client and the neighbours
confirms that we achieved this.
